NEW Mobylette Original Type AV7 AV10 Engine Bottom End Crankshaft with conrod (part of 19609)

Bottom End Crankshaft for the Original AV7 and AV10 Engines fitted to Mobylette mopeds which had left hand thread magneto.

Original Motobecane reference: 19609

Original MBK reference: 32330

Manufacturer: Aftermarket part, comparable in dimensions to original (see photo)

Note: On the magento side the distance from the crank to the shoulder is approx 6 cm and from shoulder to the end 7.7 cm. This means the originally mag nut may need replacing with a new hexagonal one 17429R to ensure that the magento is secured. (Originally the length was 7.1-7.3cm from the crank shoulder to the end)

-              16mm crankshaft bearing and seals

-              Clutch Nut ref 17454

-              Left hand thread magneto nut  17429R

-              Please note the original special grease nipple 14587 on the clutch side will not fit, so a larger grease nipple will need to be fitted.

This bottom crankshaft does not fit early models in particular the AV3,AV35 motors with the AV7 and AV7E  type engines because the shaft on the ignition side is too long. This Crankshaft does not fit the following models which are crossed through:-
