This Velo Solex, imported into the Uk from the stunning South of France is ready for restoration

The bike engine number confirms it as a Velo Solex 2200 v1 approx Feb, 1962

The 2200 VeloSolex is a lovely looking bike with its sweeping curves and was the type of model that was featured in photo shoots with the likes of Honor Blackman, Steve McQueen and many others is the sixties. 

The moped will come complete with NOVA registration number to the new owner, so that it can made registering it for a number plate an easier process and so that you will not have to pay import duties and taxes as this has already been dealt with

We have not had the bike running, but the engine compression sounds good and it is free turning by hand

Collection only

- Due to current Coronavirus rules, payment for the bike will need to made in advance before collection. Cash is not permitted.

- Our website has to charge a fee for delivery as cannot charge zero, however in this instance the delivery charge is a small pick up fee not delivery fee.

- Arranagement can be made to collect the bike at an agreed time and you or your courier will be able collect from our premises from a secure camera controlled area without coming into contact with anyone.

- Upon receiving the bike please adhere to the self distancing rules and you can spray the bike with disinfectant
