G Reg circa 1968 - 1969.
Good Points
In Spanish Gold with original patina
Engine runs well and both the horn and lights are working
The pedals are the originals and do not appear to have had much use.
The carburettor was ultrasonic cleaned out, filter and seals replaced and inline filter put from the fuel tank to the carburettor.
The chrome side panels are present as is the top guard.
Original Pedals do not show much sign of wear.

Poor Points
No V5, quite common unfortunately to be missing due to age. These can be applied for by using one of the Uk autocycle clubs to help with the application.
The wheels and braking system and cables need overhauling/repair/replacement. Front brake hub also needs small guide.
The saddle needs covering from an upholsterer
The stand has broken off and is not present. The bottom bracket will need welding and a new stand fitting.
Rear light lens broke, but light working

A charming Spanish Gold running restoration project Raleigh Wisp, main issues are the braking system and bottom bracket/stand need complete replacement/repair.
This bike is sold for parts, without gurantees due to it's age. There is no VAT on this item.
