Mobylette AV42 / AV44 / AV46 / AV48 Aftermarket Replacement AR2-12 Gurtner Carburettor

An aftermarket replacement for the AR2-12 Gurtner carburettor. 

--- The inlet insert has an approx 16.75mm internal diameter. so you will need to also purchase manifold 16619 (see related items). Or it may be possible to replace the white insert collar.

Suitable for the

• Mobylette AU 41 / AV41
• Mobylette AU65 / AV65
• Mobylette AV85, AV85N, AV85L, AU85
• Mobylette AV48

It includes the following:-

• Throttle slide
• Choke enrichment plunger and spring
• Plastic Airbox with clip and filter
• Float and filter.
• Improved Jets

Adjustment

The carburettor settings should not need adjusting, however it is common practice to adjust any new carburettor to obtain the best running performance.

The carburettor is compatible with the original cables and new ones supplied by Classic Moped Spares
