Allows the contact points breaker to open at a precise moment on Raleigh mopeds with contact points breaker ignition.

It is common for these parts to wear due to the high exposure to friction from the contact breaker points pad.

The contact part should be lightly greased during assembly in order to avoid rapid wear of the contact points breaker shoe.
