Used Front Wheel for Raleigh Runabout RM6.

The wheel has been painted black by previous owner, presumably to save money on rechroming.
It appears to be solid with all the spokes intact and has an original Michelin Rapido Tyre fitted which appears to have had little use.
I have not tried to remove the paint, but where it has flaked on in places the wheel looks good.
