NEW Piston Kit comprising of:-

• Piston
• Gudgeon Pin with clips
• 2 x Piston Rings (Please note the rings supplied are not compatible with older pistons and ony suit this piston)

Ordering Instructions

When ordering at checkout please supply the stamped code on the top of your cylinder (NOT PISTON) for example, AA,A,B,C,D,E.......P.

This code will provide the internal size of your cylinder/barrel

You will then be sent an appropriate piston sized to match your cylinder. If no code is supplied you will be sent the smallest sized piston.

Please check your manual or do not hesitate to contact me if you are unsure.

Additional Technical Details

The piston should offer a slight improvement in performance than the original because there are three minor improvements:-

• The piston has an induction curve cut out on the rear offering a better exhaust stroke
• The rings close over the top of the peg which also reduces losses during the stroke
• The piston rings height is raised slightly nearer to the top of the crown.

Models

This piston kit is suitable for the following Mobylette Mopeds:-

• H50S,H50LC,H50VS,H50VLC
• and possibly many more.

Not suitable for the AV10 and AV7 with side mounted exhaust mobylette models where the piston has a crown not domed, but shaped like a whippy icecream.

The rings with this kit are not suitable for using on the original pistons. Please check my other items if you require just piston rings for your original piston.

I aso supply engine, seals, bearings, gaskets sets should you need them.
