Sold as a pair are these two Velo Solex 5000 Mopeds.

One was clearly used for racing back in the day, which must have been quite good fun. 

Engine number 7052478. These have been recently imported by ourselves using the correct procedure and a Nova number will be issued with the moped with the engine. This will make road registering simpler if you wish to do this later.

These two Velo Solex 5000 could make one good bike with plenty of spares left over to resell.

Both bikes headlight appear in good condition for age

I have only lightly cleaned the bikes in places. The rims appear to be solid and some of the chrome is pretty good where I gave it a light clean with just chrome cleaner and a cloth.

The engine turns and the roller wheel appears to be quite usable. No attempt has been made to start the engine.

Original Velo Solex Saddles both have the tool boxes underneath.

A rewarding project for someone with a bit of time to make them up into one.
